GleamSync is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application designed specifically for vacation rental property managers and hosts. It solves the common problem of coordinating cleaning schedules between guest checkouts and check-ins by automatically syncing booking calendars and notifying cleaning staff.

The platform connects to Airbnb and VRBO calendars using the iCal standard, imports booking data automatically, calculates the available cleaning window between stays, and sends notifications to cleaners via their preferred channel: email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Property owners get a unified calendar view showing all bookings and scheduled cleans across multiple properties. Cleaners get a mobile-friendly portal where they can view their upcoming jobs, see special instructions, and mark cleans as complete.

How GleamSync Works

Getting started with GleamSync takes just a few minutes. Here's the step-by-step process:

   Sign up for a free GleamSync account. No credit card required during the beta period.

   Add Your Properties

   Add your vacation rental properties and paste the iCal URL from your Airbnb or VRBO listing. GleamSync will automatically import your existing bookings.

   Set Check-in/Check-out Times

   Configure the default check-out and check-in times for each property. GleamSync uses these to calculate the cleaning window available between guests.

   Invite Your Cleaners
