GleamSync figures out exactly how much time there is between one guest leaving and the next one arriving. Your cleaner sees a clear window — checkout time, clean-by deadline, and next check-in — so there's no confusion about when the job needs to be done.

Notes for Each Clean

Tell your cleaner what to expect before they show up

Add a note to any clean so your cleaner knows what's different this time — pet cleanup, extra beds, a guest request, whatever. Notes show up on their phone and in their reminder messages.

How notes work:

  • Your cleaner sees the note on their schedule and in their reminders
  • Add or edit a note anytime from the clean detail view
  • Write whatever your cleaner needs to know — no format restrictions

Know what you owe, and know what's been paid

Set a base cleaning rate for each property. If different cleaners charge different rates, you can set that per cleaner too. Add one-off charges like deep cleans or pet cleanups. Mark cleans as paid, and see what you owe at a glance — your cleaner sees the same numbers from their side.

Adding Your Cleaner

Set everything up before they even need to create an account

Add your cleaner by name and email, set their rate and which reminders they should get, and you're done. They don't need to create an account for this to work — they'll start getting reminders right away. If they want to see their full schedule and mark jobs done, you can send an invite and they'll create their own login.

How it works:

  • Add your cleaner before they register — just a name and email or phone
  • Set their rate and reminders upfront
  • Send an invite when you're ready — they have 30 days to accept
  • Assign them to one or more properties
  • Multiple cleaners per property if you need it
  • Choose which reminders each cleaner gets
  • Each cleaner only sees the properties they're assigned to
  • Remove a cleaner from a property or from your account entirely

Stay in the Loop (or Don't)

Get copies of your cleaner's reminders — or just the alerts that matter to you

You can get a copy of any reminder your cleaner receives — or none at all. It's up to you. You'll also get alerts when a clean doesn't have a cleaner assigned, so nothing falls through the cracks.

What you can opt into:

  • Toggle each reminder type on or off from your settings
