Your cleaner can log in and see what's coming up, read any notes you've left, and mark jobs done — all from their phone. They can even subscribe to their schedule in Apple Calendar or Google Calendar so your jobs just show up in their day.

Add a note to any clean so your cleaner knows what's different this time — pet cleanup, extra beds, a guest request, whatever. Notes show up on their phone and in their reminder messages.

How notes work:

• Your cleaner sees the note on their schedule and in their reminders
• Add or edit a note anytime from the clean detail view
• Write whatever your cleaner needs to know — no format restrictions

Set a base cleaning rate for each property. If different cleaners charge different rates, you can set that per cleaner too. Add one-off charges like deep cleans or pet cleanups. Mark cleans as paid, and see what you owe at a glance — your cleaner sees the same numbers from their side.
