What this program is
GleamSync sends operational, transactional text notifications to cleaners about the vacation rental cleaning jobs assigned to them by the property owners they work with. Messages include new cleaning job assignments, the cleaning window between guest checkout and next check-in, schedule changes when a booking is modified or canceled, reminders before a job is due, and job-completion confirmations. These messages are strictly operational and transactional, never marketing or promotional. GleamSync identifies itself as the sender in every message.
Who receives messages
Cleaners engaged by GleamSync's customers — vacation rental property owners and managers. A property owner adds a cleaner they already work with and enables text notifications for them.
How you opt in
Before GleamSync sends any operational text, the cleaner must confirm consent. When an owner enables text notifications for a cleaner, GleamSync sends that cleaner a single one-time confirmation request:
GleamSync: [Owner] wants to send you cleaning job notifications by text. Reply YES to start receiving them. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
No operational or recurring messages are sent unless the cleaner replies YES. Consent is recorded on a per-number basis.

How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all GleamSync texts at any time. Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also contact support@gleamsync.com.
Your mobile information
No mobile information or SMS opt-in data will be shared with or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Mobile numbers and consent data are used only to deliver the cleaning job notifications you have agreed to receive, and are shared with our SMS provider (Twilio) solely to send those messages.
