Copy the iCal link from your Airbnb or VRBO listing and paste it into GleamSync. That's a 30-second setup per property. From that point on, GleamSync syncs your bookings automatically. New reservations, modified dates, cancellations — it catches everything. Then, simply add your cleaners and assign them to cleans, individually or all at once,
Your Cleaner Gets Notified
When a turnover clean is coming up, your cleaner receives a notification by email or SMS. The notification includes the checkout date and time, check-in date and time, the cleaning window they have to work with, and any notes you've added for that specific clean.
Your cleaner doesn't need to create an account, download an app, or learn a new tool. They get a message on the channel they already use. If they want more visibility, they can access a mobile-friendly cleaner portal to see their full schedule, mark cleans as complete, and track what they've earned.
Clean Windows Are Computed Automatically
